Birthday Wishes

Okay. It’s too darn difficult to pick one non-profit to support. One year, I posted an organization a day for a week and I thought about doing that again this year, but what if I just post an entry that sort of serves as one-stop shopping?

So here goes; some of these orgs are small and fly outside the radar; others are higher profiled and may not need the bump-up, but I’m rather convinced that what helps one, helps all.

Essentially, the foci of these organizations fall generally between human right and environmental rights. Climate advocacy could fall under either heading because, let’s face it, the more dire the climate, the more humanity is going to suffer.
