Stuff to Do: Huge Ugly Legislation edition

In large measure, owing to the Big Beautiful, uh, Huge Bullshit Bill that cleared the House and comes before the Senate, I’ve come across a lot of online stuff to do in the way of petitions to sign and emails to send, but CALL YOUR SENATORS!!! If they’re in a Red State, call them on the hour, leave a message. If email is more your style, BE A TROLL. Spam them. Resend the same email. Lucky me: I have Senators Cornyn and Cruz, two of the finest cowards on the map! You’ll find info in the graphics attached about the bill (which saves me time from whinging on about it) and numbers to call to talk to either a Senator’s aide or to leave a message. If you do get through by some chance, to a senator, and they’re likely to push for this bill, be polite but firm. My emails are stern, my voice messages are I hope, polite but firm. I don’t cuss, so there’s that. Which from me, is a big deal.
